Friday? Huh?
How did that happen?
Well, tis the season for sharing. Germs, that is. The entire office has been sick and judging from the scratching throat, listlessness and bone-aching, I’m gonna be next. Bleh. I hate fall colds. But I’ll survive. Don’t we always?
Some of you may remember from my blogspot blog that my darling daughter attended her semi-formal eighth grade dance in something akin to a gothic-skater-punk nonformal outfit. Now she’s in high school and attending a “fall ball” which I *know* to be semi-formal, so we get to go shopping.
If anyone finds any kick butt dresses that a tomboy, into-black, moody yet far out type clothes would wear, links or pics are appreciated.
I have a feeling my trip to the mall is going to be like having a root canal sans novacaine. Pray for me.
Oh, and if you’ve bothered to read this far, I’ll toss out a tease…. the uber-cool Mandy Roth and I put a silly little story together for Halloween. I’ll post it here then!
Shopping is fun, mom. Geez. You’re not approaching this with the right spirit. Get out from behind that couch!
Clearly you need me up there to take her shopping. With YOUR credit card, of course.
